You may request
a price estimate by sending an email
or contacting our staff by phone at the number 06-678.99.84
or via fax at 06-679.56.61, specifying
the recepients you wish to reach, the number of page
sto send, and which mailing should be used.
The answer to your request is done via email or fax
within an hour.
The price estimate must be stamped and signed to be
accepted.

Once the estimate has been accepted the page will have
to be sent to us, via e-mail or via fax, which will then
be re sent to the client to verify its quality, and if
approved it will be immediately sent to all the recepients. |

The sending of the message to all recepients is done,
unless specified otherwise or in periods of high traffic,
immediately after the client’s approval. |

The information
service TOTALFAX is active 24/7 and sends a total of 300.000
pages per day circa.

Once the delivery
has been made, if requested by the client, we'll send
the transmission report:
- via e-mail, for free;
- On paper, for euro 10,00, as an expense refund. |
